I was at Bar Rouge last week, mid-week, at around 23:45 with some clients. I must say I was surprised at the number of very obvious WGs who, by and large, were not all that hot. That manager is destined to be a short time in his job if the eye candy there can't keep up with the view.

One girl who used to work as a FL in Manhattan has become the mamasen at Bar Rouge. The Taiwan manager at Bar Rouge is supposedly paying her to recruit working girls into Bar Rouge. Naturally, she recruited her friends who used to work at Manhattan. Not easy to find a Chinese girl at Manhattan...understandable given that policemen who enter the bar incognito give them a hard time.

Definitely a good number of Vietnamese at Manhattan these days...and some are pretty nice looking (and indeed some are rather busty)...

Maybe if the Chinese gals can't compete head-to-head with the Vietnamese on "product", they can try to win on price & performance...

There have been alot of Filipino's at Malones lately... used to be, it was hard to find a FL at Malones... They tell me "business is not good at Manhattan" but don't elaborate... maybe they are getting the same treatment....

I'm starting a thread just for Manhattan. Manhattan continues to be the place to be to pick up FLs. I am friends with a few of the Chinese FLs who work there and hear some pretty entertaining stuff from time to time:

- Two Chinese FLs have started spending more time at Bar Rouge instead of Manhattan. Why? Because Manhattan "has too many Vietnam girls" Indeed Vietnam girls have flooded bars from Hong Kong to Singapore to KL and now here in Shanghai. Three years ago, you could not even find one. What I find funny is that the same Chinese FLs used to complain about the number of Filipinas. The difference is the "Filipinas were short and fat" (plus over 90% are mothers...and 5% male). Per the Chinese FLs, the Vietnam girls are beautiful and naturally busty. FYI - A girl working at Bar Rouge is going to pay about 300 RMB more to work at Bar Rouge (100 RmB cover charge, high priced drinks etc) so the same girl who costs 1000 RMB a night at Manhattan will cost 1,500RMB a night at Bar Rouge.

- For the second time in a month a "policeman" was in Manhattan. He was going around to the Chinese FLs exchanging phone numbers and QQ addresses...telling the girls how much money he had. He then followed up the next day saying that if the girl did not give him free sexual services, he would make life very bad for them. I was looking over the shoulder of one of the girls as she chatted with the guy. Crazy shit. The girl told him to Fuck off but I could tell she was a little concerned.
