HOUSTON -
A masseuse at Massage Envy is accused of going too far during a massage and sexually assaulting a woman on his table, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
Jamie Alfredo DeLaCruz, 23, is charged with sexual assault.
A woman said she went to get a massage at the business in the 12200 block of FM 1960 around 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 22.
The woman said DeLaCruz escorted her to a massage room, then asked her what areas she wanted to focus on. The woman told DeLaCruz her target areas were her lower back and glutes.
The woman said DeLaCruz instructed her to disrobe, leave her underwear on, and to lay face down on the table.
The woman said during the massage, DeLaCruz touched her in an inappropriate place.
The victim said she tensed up, but did not say anything to DeLaCruz at the time. She told her husband the next morning and they notified the owner of the business.
The owner said DeLaCruz denied touching the woman, but the owner suspended him pending outcome of the investigation.
HCSO investigators asked DeLaCruz to submit to a polygraph examination and he agreed. During the examination, DeLaCruz confessed to touching his client, according to court documents.
Charges were filed against DeLaCruz and his bail was set at $30,000.
