In Calgary, the AMPs like CLC (TransCanada, Bowness area NW), Ocean / Atlantis group near Centre Street and TransCanada will provide these services. The massage itself may be sub par. Compared to Toronto pricing you are in for sticker shock.
The CAF board will provide you more detailed reviews.
There are some private settings where a RMT may offer you the whole deal and a receipt for the massage segment but these are never discussed on open forums for obvious reasons.

Having mentioned CAF in my previous post here, gotta add a note. CAF is about promoting their advertisers and their silly rates to a bunch of gullible followers. Noticed today that one of the regular posters there Energyxxxx got banned because he made a general comment about the ridiculous rates per hour being asked for at some of the AMPs for sub par services. Serious hobbyists need to take charge of their spending. It's not about wishing for lower rates. But it's about seeing good value and good services for the funds you spend. Don't be coerced into throwing money away for pathetic services. The greatest power a hobbyist has is in our ability to decide when to spend and when not to open up our wallets. Exercise this power judiciously by opening up the wallet only with the best therapists who offer terrific value. Walk away from the rest.
