Men's spa

Anyone know of a men's spa in town, somewhere that offers face massage and hot towel shave. I am not looking for an "underground" place usually discussed in this forum but a legitimate place to get rid of razor burn and get a real blade shave.

Annette at Gateway Spa in Bridgeland offers face massage and hot towel shave. Also Legacy R&R near d/t 403-454-0540 north of Talisman has services for men ie. massage tan wax pedi/mani facials etc. I'm not sure about shaves.

I have not been there myself but I heard Renovations Spa for Men is a total legit place and offer spa for men etc. It's at Centre St N & about 9 Ave (beside an authorized Mac dealer). Good luck.

Another place that does offer a straight razor shave is MVP Hair for Men in Kennsington. Only a hair cut place, not a spa, but its an excellent shave. Not too one up the Mac store but its next to a great pub.

As far as I know MVP no longer does the hot towel/lather/straight razor shave....the pretty lil Sri Lankan Pixi Lubna who was the only one who performed this service got engaged and moved out of town......and I envy the guy that took her off the market as she was a stunner without the "my shit does not stink" attitude that a lot of really hot gals have.

Geez, I haven't had a straight razor shave in a long time. It's nice to not have to do every day menial task yourself every once in awhile....i know...i know... like the obvious hahah lol

But to get a nice clean shave by a pretty chick...that would be sweet.

There's a barber shop in Avenida called Razor's Edge. They advertise a straight razor shave for $25. No spa or massage, but they do the straight razor on your neck at the end of a haircut, and they seem to know what they're doing.

Sign says you need an appointment for the shave.
