It was suggested by a fellow therapist in another thread I've been working on that we might want to start a new thread of tips and tricks for those of us who are mobile (in-home/on-sight) therapists.

So I thought, why not?

If you'd like to share I for one would especially appreciate it, only having been at this for about 8 months now. Any tips or tricks for mobile therapists would be fabulous.
