I have recently started to haul to Quebec

Last week I stopped for a massage outside Montreal

Strip clubs. Now that's a whole other game, especially if you are driving from there to Toronto.
When you hit the highway split off the 40 for Ottawa/Toronto there's a small connector highway called the 540. As a trucker, you may know where the Flying J is. Along the 540 on the eastbound side, there's a place called The Hilltop. It a "stripclub" that has an extended menu of activities.
Back to the massage scene. If you were off the east end of the island, I'm not overly familiar with the scene out there. I mostly wandered around the center and west end of town. But if you need specific information, you should check out massageplanet.net's sister site MERB or montrealmassage.ca

Bad idea as you are fully responsible for that truck even when sleeping and you need to have zero alcohol in your blood. What if an emergency arose and you had to move the truck ?

The Hilltop is a full service stripclub, so touching and feeling are on the low end of the scale. I'm not too sure about prices as I'm a massage parlour guy, not into strip clubs much. Check on merb, there's a whole section for SCs.
As for touching and more in massage parlours, that's a real gray area. There are no licensing systems like here in the GTA. So effectively, all activities beyond the massage are off limits, but once most of them cross the line for a hj (which they all do) or a body slide (known as a thai in Montreal), they are very likely to go the extra mile. Lots of places with plenty of options.
Because I was always in a car, I never really paid much attention to how parking would be for a rig. I guess that could be an issue for you.

I spent about 16 hours in Montreal about two years back. I had 5 sessions at the following 4 spas.
