msn settings for chat logs and conversations? HELP PLEASE:)?

hey guys
so a while ago i changed my msn settings!
because my chat logs saved into other files on my computer, i decided to change the settings so that they wouldnt save at all
and i dont know exactly what i did, but now everytime i exit a conversation it says " an error has occurred saving the message history for (person you were talking to's email) , access denied, would you like to save , YES or NO? "
it doesnt matter what you click, the conversations do not save
it is just really annoying, it comes up everytime i leave a conversation
ive tried changing the settings back up the top under options but it still doesnt work!
does any one have any idea what i may be able to do to stop this and start saving my conversations again?
