My ex introduced our son to his new girlfriend and lied about it what should I do?

We broke up 4 months ago after 5 years and have a 3 year old he met a girl on a crusie 3 months ago who is not old enough to have a child his age and lives out of state meanwhile he cheated on her with me several times and when I suggested he tell her he lied about when he said he still wants to date her and wants joint custody (legal) with me our son has always lived with me and even thought he judge signed a paper saying he stays with me I let him start having him overnight once in a while so our son can get used to it. In our state both parents have to agree in order to have joint so he has been acting really nice and saying she respects me and wants to wait until I meet her before our son does then he was sick with a fever last fri and I told his dad he needed to rest and he said it would be just the two of them cone to find out his gf flew up and stayed overnight he refused to talk to me about it while she was there I feel like I can't trust him since he lied and did this behind my back. He had never met her and was sick not to mention doesn't live in this state. So I don't see why he needs to be around this girl I don't know what I can do but I t try to get sole custody I feel they both disrespect me and I don't know why she stays with him when he has cheated and lied to her as well

quickly reading your post joint legal custody is a given... you are both the parents. are you actually thinking physical custody?

you've split up you can't micromanage him anymore. He lied to you about introducing them because he figured you'd overreact --- which you seem to be. You need to grow up and let things go... you're not the boss of him anymore.
