As some of you know... because my hicktown LE guy was taking up most of my time for the last 3 months... with his 9 e-mails a day and stuff.... (between Leah #1 and Leah #2) I haven't really been to work.
Actually... I pretty much haven't worked at all.......
So yesterday... with a whole $10 left in my pocket... including change and all... (I know... pretty sad...) I figured I better find a place to sit my a** and make some money.
So I called around to all the different spa owners and what do you know!!! Lucky me... one of them have a spot available.
So I go in to work, and at about 1 o'clock... my "yammy-yammy whacker" friend called me. (I call her my yammy-yammy whacker friend because she works at this spa we nicknamed the yammy-yammy spa.... Not too sure how they got that name.... Maybe because all their attendants have orangy-looking tans and look like yams?)
Anyways, she calls me... and she's really upset. She told me that a man dressed as a fireman had gone into her spa and asked if she had a fire extinguisher. She said, "yes". He asked to see it. She showed it to him, and he looks at the bottom of it and told her that it's expired and that he needs to take it in and replace it, and that he'll be back in half an hour. Then he disappeared and never came back... It's been 2 hours already. I told my friend that he's not coming back.... He pulled the same scam at my other spa last year. Then, he had the nerve to come back about half a year later, asking my boss if she had a fire-extinguisher!!! (I guess he forgot he already went there. Or maybe he's just really stupid.) Anyways, my boss recognized him... so she said, "no". Then he asked her if she would like to buy one!!!! What an idiot!!!
Anyways... after hearing that... my friend was really upset because now... she's going to have to buy a fire extinguisher for the spa.
Anyways... a few hours later... guess who walks in!!!! A stupid potato-head dressed as a fireman!!!! I decide to trick him...
He asks me if we had a fire-extinguisher at our spa. I told him, "I don't know.... Let me check..." and I went to the back. I come back a few seconds later. Giving him my most innocent look, I said... "Oh no!!! we don't have one anywhere!!! We're going to be in big sh*t if we ever catch on fire!!!! You don't happen to have one do you?"
The man smiles, "Actually... I do. It's $40. You want it?"
I'm like.... "Sure!"
He brings it in. I take it from him.
"You know what?" I said calmly. "You're a friggin' stupid potato-head. You just got this from my friend's yammy-yammy spa and she already told me all about you. And you did the same sh*t last year too. So I'm taking this... and we're going to post your picture at all the other spas because you're on camera right now and we have your picture."
The idiot was in total shock. I could tell.
Anyways... I ignored him, and went back to the back of the spa... I saw him through the camera that he was still standing there in shock. After a while, he left.
I called my friend and gave her the good news.... That I got her fire-extinguisher back.
Can't believe the nerve of some people...
Anyways... we both called up all our friends in the spa business and warned them already. But just in case we missed some MPAs and MP owners.... I'm posting it here. Especially if you're in the Scarborough area.... watch out!!! Because that's where that stupid potato-head pulled his scam all 4 times.
