Need advice on giving massages for my girlfriend!!!?

Bascially today was her first day at her job, and she said she got home with her feet so sore and in pain and just so tired from standing all day, and her body was sore. So I honestly want to give her a foot massage and give her a back massage (cause she said she likes it when I rub her back) soI need advice on how to give massages. Mainly foot massages and shoulder and back massages. Links would be appreciated.

Don't be afraid to use a lot of pressure. Muscles can actually handle a good deal of pressure and I know sometimes guys can think that it'll "hurt" the girl. If you do it right, it won't hurt. It'll be fabulous! We can take more than you think. As you use more pressure, just ask what feels best for your gf. She'll tell you what's up.

Go SLOW over each part (mainly the bottom of her feet and not so much on the toes, careful not to poke the tendons in the arch) and and don't poke or rub too hard unless she asks you to. Maybe rub a little perfumed lotion on her foot, but just a little at a time since lotion is cold.

Haven't you ever been given a massage yourself? Or even rubbed your own feet? If so, do that. It's not hard, just rub firmly, but gently, usually in a circular motion. Use some oil or lotion if you need to or want to. Ask he how it's going...like if you beed to be softer, harder, if you hit a spot that you need to spend some extra time on because it's super sore. You can't really mess it up unless you're hurting her, but in that case, she should say soemthing.
