need to introduce a boy puppy to two girl adult dogs! help!!?

OK so i have two maltese adult dogs (girls) that are litter mates and have been together since birth (both 4 years old.) we are getting a new dog, a little boy maltipoo (ADORABLE BY THE WAY) and he is only like a month old. so how should i go about introducing them?

*my two girls are actually scared of other dogs so they will most likely not be too happy with him, but im really hoping they'll come around!

just bring him into the house and try to make your other dogs comfortable with him by showing them hes not gonna hurt them
 
A month old is way too young to be separated from his mother. When he is at least 8 weeks old, you should bring him and the two girl dogs to a neutral place like a park and introduce them there. Keep the girls on leashes until you see how they react.
