Check out the Holiday Inn Vista on Chang Shou Road - on the 4th floor (ish) there is a "Spa" -- had a wonderful time on two visits there. Go in for a sauna and proper massage - then off to a waiting room to select from a line-up. Last I was there - a few years now was ~800RMB.
