Hello,
I was researching on here and and would greatly appreciate any pointers in the right direction for a total newbie to aromatherapy. I'm very sorry theres so much in here but if anyone can help me with any part of this it'd be a great help! This seems like a great and informative forum. I apologise in advance for any dumb questions!
A little background:
Aside from using Bach Rescue Remedy in emergencies I have not tried anything else. In recent months I have been under alot of stress and had irrational anxiety issues (possibly as a result of stress) mainly. It may also be affecting (or negatively contributing to) my physical health (throat and stomach) but thats still under investigation separately. Slight fatigue could also play a part but not really sure about that one.
I don't want to depend on a Bach spray however so am looking into background healing/balance elements such as something during bath time instead.
Aromatherapy For The Air?
I was mainly interested in something to breathe in so after reading this forum I'm considering getting the "Rio Breathe Easy - Ioniser and Aromatherapy Oil Vaporiser" >link
