On the bobby jack chat room/miskits chat room...?

It says this whenever I type in a username:

"JN763. Access rejected from your IP address."
I know why, I just was wondering if there was a way to get on.

This is why it says that:
okay so there was this really weird guy who kept getting on with a REALLy disgusting name, and I thought he kept logging off so that the moniter couldn't ban him, (but really, the moniter kept banning him and he kept getting back on!)and I was getting really annoyed with him, so I got on underhis name and stayed on but didn't say anything so that the moniter could ban him. It popped up and said "blah blah blah you've been banned okay yeah yeh yeah whatever" and I was like finally! So then I tried to get back on under my own name, and it wouldn't let me! I kept trying to get on day after day, but it wouldn't let me. Now that was almost 3 months ago, and I just tried, and it still says that! >:I

So does anybody know how to do a hack or something so that I can get on anyway? Because I really wanna get on again
