When I first heard of it I thought it was the latest woke name label for conservatives. If you've been inflicted with this, it's no joke that's for sure.

There's a list of causes, add to that list, skating in 15 year old custom skates.

Looking for people with history in treatment success. Says massage recommended for pain relief (no specifics though) and if you go to any

MPA / RMT, reputable or not, with "foot" pain, you think they gonna say, "Shit no, we only do half assed stuff, nothing serious enough that will

actually relieve pain." I'm skeptical but still open minded enough, and figure asking can't hurt anymore than it already does.

Hoping to find someone that has a proven track record of helping. Thanks


PS I see one Spa using it in the Banner Ad's but I'm in West, and besides if you drill down in their Ad, that treatment never reappears.

Thanks, I'm finding the info is quite varied on the subject, and my interest sparked when in more than one place

it said, "pain relieve - massage."

So far I've tried the stretches, Tylenol, CBD, 2 types of orthotics, ankle compression sleeves, band wraps, and loads of icing.

The CBD appeared as a miracle cure, then almost nothing.

I've tried stretches even before I get out of bed, in hopes of preventing that morning weight load pain - fail.

I have fallen to the ground from the pain getting out of bed because during the night 95% pain subsided so when

you step down the excruciating pain sends a signal to your brain that if you don't relieve the weight off

your foot, it will be torn in two.

Icing is about the only consistent thing. I cannot walk (for more than a couple minutes) without the use of

both orthotics, and then the time varies depending on the level of swelling and it's rate of increase.

The info. in the link did not appear to mention massage, in other places I've seen that's the case too,

but some places do, and the massage is supposed to be of the whole leg, not just foot afflicted area as you might

think. Chasing the nerve paths up the leg with massage I'm guessing.

Basically this is the Achilles tendon of the bottom of your foot, having the Achilles torn sounds excruciating and

I'm sure it is, the same way the plantar fascia is also.

The best remedies I’ve heard are custom orthotics, not the ones you buy at Shoppers. Also, the sock around the toes, pulling toward you stretch.
