I was in Playa Del Carmen near the end of March and went to Chilly Willie's -- any cab driver will know where it is (on the main road). It was expensive ($25 to get in) and drinks were also expensive, but lots of beautiful latinas -- on average 7-9 (though, obviously, some less than that).
