First Review

Well after taking advantage of the knowledge of others here for the past two years I decided it was time for me to contribute to the review process and TOFTT.

So this afternoon I headed out to Purple Massage in the 20500 block of Douglas Crescent in Langley. Located in a small retail shopping plaza sandwiched between a restaurant and a convenience store, the entrance lacks a discrete assault, at least the door was unlocked. Sign in the window proclaims it offers a traditional Chinese Massage treatment Plenty of parking out front.

The manager (younger gentleman) met me at the door and showed me their posted pricing. I did not note the full range of time options other than to know 30 minutes was too short and 45 minutes was .5 room rate. Yikes! So there goes $50 and I just got in the door, I guess they want to pay off their leasehold improvement costs in the first month of operation.

Shown to one of two “treatment rooms”. Large, new, and clean. Windows in the doors (keep Langley bylaw officers happy), large shower in the corner, institutional massage table in the centre of the room, and walls painted, yep, you guessed it, purple.

Into the shower I go and as I finish there is a knock on the door and in walks a slender woman in a white lab coat. She quickly shed it to reveal a short black dress. She filled it quite nicely, my guess would be late 20’s slender build, ok face. She introduced herself as CiCi (yet another one?) and it was on to the table face down for me and on with the massage.

Very little small talk, too much oil for my liking, but a better than average massage. After about 10 minutes her hands started to wander and the teasing began, and than the upsell. Quoted .8 for a nude HJ and $1.0 for BJ. I think she thought I was feeling ill when I gasped at her quoted prices. After almost 10 minutes of fruitless negotiation (selective english) we settled on .6 for a topless HJ.Yikes!

Nice full enhanced firm, full handful with nipples that could poke your eyes out. Unfortunately she soon positioned herself so that my much enjoyed hand exercises came to a quick end.

On with the deed, some pleasant stroking on her part, some slippery bum play, and the appropriate verbal encouragement. Success! Cleanup, neck and head massage, obligatory slapping on the back and it’s into the shower for me as she cleans up the room.

She was pleasant but somewhat reserved, said her pricing was such as she is a “professional” and if I had not agreed to the services we settled upon she still would have expected .2 for the straight massage (over the room rate). She also said that she does not offer FS. If I was in there for 45 minutes start to finish I would be suprised

All in all an average experience, I am used to receiving much more mileage for that kind of cost from various providers locations in Richmond and Vancouver. Typical pricing situation of what we get out the in the Fraser Valley.

The rates you speak of are quite the norm for sure with FS being in the
$.50 range including the Coquitlam parlours.
Do they cover the windows with anything during the massage?

I'm not exactly familiar with the d/t area of Langley but where is douglas
crescent you speak of. Any directions would be great.

Thanks for the info Steve. I am a Valley guy who'd rather spend a few bucks on gas to go into the city or Richmond where selection and service is much better and I can still come out ahead cost wise.

Nope, Windows stayed uncovered.

Douglas crescent (it's not really a crescent) is one of the main streets in the downtown centre of Langley, it runs parallel with Fraser Hwy (one block south).

I'm giving up on the valley for good value massage service, looks like next week it will be a Raine day in Richmond for me.

Agreed, usually like at Lotus it's .50 for the 45 and $.40 for FS, but in
most cases it runs almost into the hour.

Relaxation on Clearbrook, they have .40 for 45 minutes and HJ for .40
very good value considering both Jessica there and Mandy give an
excellent massage and very good HJ.

Ahh.. the good old days. I spent many an afternoon at this place.
The 'psycho' black lady was Michelle and there was Goldie and also Ann Todd.
Michele was good for rimming and greek for a brown and Ann provided the best BJ you could find. Now she has her own website and I haven't seen her around. They were offering duos for a while over at an apartment on 56th but I never gave it a try.

I asked around in 411 for either of them but no luck so far.

I think Debbie and Ashley from Abby used to work there as well.

I decided to visit this place last night and also saw Cici. I would guess her age to be early to mid 30's. I opted for 1 hour @ $60. As stephen69 said the business is new. They've only been open since the beginning of October. There are three girls working but the owner said that Cici gave the best massage so I took his word for it. Indeed Cici does give a good hard massage. She also gave me a nice teasing rub after the massage to get me in the mood. Same menu items and prices quoted in stephen69's review. I opted for the CBJ and was pleasantly surprised with the hot water BLS treatment. She allowed DATY and had a nice fresh tasting kitty. She wasn't shaved down there, but had a fairly sparce bush. A little disappointing that full service was not in the cards... oh well.

All in all I had an enjoyable visit and I'll repeat to visit the other talent working.

Oh one last thing, the hours are 10am to 9pm M - T. They stay open to 10pm on Friday and Saturday, so don't go there late at night hoping for a tug.

After reading the reviews decided to check out the Purple Balm last week.
I called before and asked if Cici was avail the papasan said yes . I was actually walking up to the door as I entered he came running from the back and said welcome , he pointed to the rates and I said I want 45 minutes and I just called for Cici. He said Cici not available I said I was the one on the phone just 30 seconds ago he said oh sorry Cici has an appt but he will see what he can do. Hmmm. So I was shown the room
Very nice, you can tell it is new had a glass in the door i am not used to that. He said relax he will be back soon . After 5 minutes he came back with Lili younger very attractive Chinese girl. 5’ 2” 110 lbs, B chest nice soft smooth skin. I thought wow, but it a gamble so I said Just wanted to see Cici he looked disappointed that I would refuse and went for another girl who he presented as Cici, now I have never seen her so I do not know anyhow she was shorter older and did not look that attractive to me so I said bring back Lili. He was happy and said “She good ,give good massage and made some other gestures suggesting there might be extras available.
I paid the .5 and began the shower when I was almost done Lili came in with a white lab cost over the black lingere and heels and towels , Her English did not seem so good but she smiled and said lie down. Her massage began with some weird poking with oil and then the special conversation began. Needless to say there was no FS on the menu but HJ, CBJ, I believe DATY was allowed. I selected what seemed reasonable to me a combination of 2 items and after 15 more minutes achieved the desired result and she began the clean up.
Towards the end she started telling me about her childhood and something her mother did to her and showed me a scar on her abdomen I could not understand but I listened until my time was up. Cleaned up, thanked the papasan and left.

It was worth it but the location sucks, right beside a restaurant and people taking a smoke break are outside you have to pass to go in. If I am in the area and in the mood for a R&T I would repeat.

Had read reviews about this location so decided to see for myself. Location as described - lots of parking. Door was open. Walked in and was greeted by younger man who told me the rates. Showed me to a room and we agreed on 45 minutes ($50). Had a quick shower - could use a little more water pressure and then Lili walked in. She dried me off and told me to lie down. Massage technique a little different. Said she learned in China. She is from a city near Shanghai, been in Canada 2 years. English passable. Anyway after about 10 minutes of "massage" we discussed specials. No FS offered but CBJ and CHJ available. Settled on CBJ for $100. Great attitude and was very enthusiastic. Top came off and she allowed touching everywhere. I would put her in her late 20's 5'2-3" maybe 100-105 lbs. First time is always difficult as no one knows how far you can go. When finished she cleaned me up with hot towels and finished with more massage.
Might repeat if I was in the area and felt like a R&T. L=7, A-7, S=7.
