Holy shit! I didn't add it all up until now, after rereading the thread. I called her 2 years ago and set something up. I walked in... the place was an absolute disaster area (+ the smell) and looking at her... I pretended to get a phone call and told her I would call later If I was in her area.

That place was a freaking biohazard.
