Ok guys it seems like every newbie that writes a review is scrutinized beyond
normal. I do understand there is some iffy stuff going on but everytime I see the first comment on a review with a comment like hmmmm or quack or whatever
Some of these guys just maybe not sure of what or how to write one then also they maybe as fact trying to hood wink us, never the less if you are going to make a one word comment save it or better yet use a little more tact Hell maybe even help the reviewer or your bro out

If the mods think guys that look at reviews written the same way this one was written and the same day the guy joined......and we I say hmmmmm.....and it's out of line.......I guess I will just have to think about that. Nah tb, don't do that. I, too, "wonder" some time and have even made such comments. But, I guess we now have to just be quiet about it. I've always considered such comments useful as someone might take a "pimps" review and believe it.

I think there is some middle ground here. I mean of course we dont want to run off new reviewers by dogging their 1st and 2nd try at this. We should encourage and help them all we can. But at the same time posters like tbone and others have been hobbying, reviewing, posting, and reading for a VERY long time. As many times as they have seen and sniffed out a fake I think we should give them lots of leeway with regards to their ability to spot a duck.

T-bone's posts are among the few worth reading, St.Mateo59. If you shut him down, you shut down a lot of others, as well.

There is nothing to find offensive about his response. Yours, on the other hand, is reminiscent of some of the super-mod attitude that caused many of us to abandon that other board... the one that I had been a member of since 2001.

man u guys are harsh and quick with criticism. I maybe a newbie to massageplanet but im not new to the hobby, especially around SW area. I just wanted to help you guys out since i got alot of useful info here, especially with the houston agency section. i posted 3 reviews at aspd.net last yr for beauty secret on richmond, hollistic care on rice, elegance hair on hilcroft, and I was going to post a review for Lamour on westheimer but....dont feel like being scrutinized.

On another note, i came back to that salon and ask for vanessa today, she was fully booked. She only does a few appointments and tend to leave early. I had a chance to speak to management briefly, they like to be UTR.

I understand the reason for the hmmmm reference. This review wasn't your standard quack ad for the provider. It was actually a decent review and that probably caused more questions from someone who just registered today. Almost like saying how can you be a pro when you haven't learned the rules of the game.

He did explain the reason for his overpaying for a HJ. Maybe NK has changed recently, but they've been off my list for over a yr since a bad massage, no extras, and upsell experience there.
