Rooms over there feel uncomfort or unsafe. The wall of the rooms has about 3' gap.

i don't like the rooms either.they are too close to the front entrance, for me.and besides you pretty much hear everything that goes on in between those 8 foot tall walls.I went there once and will not go back again.that's just me.besides they try to upsell.
