Canadian boards rate this as a hit or miss MP.

There really hasn't been much reviewed that has been positive about PP. The Canadian boards are biased against MPs and tilted heavily in favor of the three big agencies in the Falls. I do agree it is hit and miss but there're very often gems to be found there. I hope to have a more positive review soon!
