Saving Money Thread = Buy more pussy

I will always advise people to focus on making money versus saving money if they want to be wealthy. But having said that, sometimes saving money is easy and can keep extra money in our pockets to buy more sex-worker appts.

So, here is a thread that I will post to when I come across a signifigant money saving idea that I want to pass along to others. If we save, of course we will spend it on the girls. That is how hobbyists think, in general.

Walmart is selling a 3-pack of LED lightbulbs that are plastic and should last longer then previous flourescent lighting. The price is $8.99, you get a $8.00 rebate at the cash register, and all in, you get 3 bulbs for $2.28 (you have to pay tax on the entire $8.99 purchase price). They use 9 watts per hour of electricity and you will save 6 times on your electricty bill, per LED bulb installed. If you changed all the bulbs in your house, it would probably cost you $15. The bulbs will last about 3 years, not 15 years as they claim, but regular bulbs don't last 3 years on their own and you should save about $180 in electricity costs over those 3 years.

That's a $165 savings, or 1 nice sex-worker appt, just by changing your light bulbs. Walmart will automatically deduct the rebate at the register, just tell them to do it when you check out. They have big skids of the LED bulbs on sale right now, at almost ever Walmart. The skids of lightbulbs are near the outdoors products, close to the automotive section of the store.

Charitable donations, Receipt used at tax time

Anything in your house that you don't use and that you think someone else could use, gather it up. Put all your things in a couple of boxes. Find 1 or 2 of the big local charities in your city and drop off your things to them, in the form of a donation.

They will ask you how much the items are worth. If they don't, ask them for a charitable donation receipt. They will issue you one, without hesitation.

Give them a dollar figure - whatever you think the items are worth - and take your receipt (issued by them) and be on your way. Come tax time, deduct the value of that receipt on your taxes. You will get 50% of the amount you donated as a credit towards your taxes. Easy way to make $100 plus in about 90 minutes of work.

If you are really savy, you can tell them what the value of the item is if it were brand new and then get 50% of that value back when you file your taxes. Don't abuse this tactic, but it can be put to good use.

Everyone should have a personal business card that they can hand out to people they meet, wherever they are.

Many times throughout the next 2 years, you will meet someone or talk to someone or be somewhere and your desire to hand out your contact information will be strong. Asking for someone's cell number or their facebook ID or their WeChat can be too personal. But, handing them your personal contact card is great for you and easy for them to accept.

Go to vistaprint.ca, pick out a card style that is simple and has both colour and white space. The colour is needed to present yourself well and the white space is needed so that you/they can write on the card if needed. You can order 250 cards, delivered to your home within 48 hours, for $20.

By handing out your personal contact info quickly and easily when the opportunity presents itself, you will benefit tremendously, both financially and personally. The $20 investment will be returned to you 10 times, at least.

Never be in a situation where you are in a rush or unsure about asking someone for their info. Never be in a situation where you want to leave your info with someone but don't have a quick way of doing it. Give them your card. I have both business cards and personal cards. I keep 2 units of each style in my wallet at all times to hand out to people when I want to.

# 4 Stopped for seatbelt violation

If you get stopped for a seatbelt violation, immediately acknowledge why you were stopped without the officer telling you.

Officer: Do you know why I stopped you today?
You: Yes. I do know why. I wasn't wearing my seatbelt

Officer: Why aren't you wearing your seatbelt?
You: I have a medical condition that prevents me from driving with a seatbelt on.
You: Explain your reason and make it logical - breathing difficulty, stomach issues etc.

Officer: Do you have a medical note with you?
You: I keep it at home in my file folder so I don't lose it. The last note I had, I lost it and couldn't find it, so I keep my current note at home.

Officer: You are required by law to have it on you while you are driving.
You: I am sorry. It is at home. I can bring it to you later on today. Can you tell me your headquarters address and I will bring it by in about 2 hours to show you.

Officer: I won't write you a ticket today, but in the future, make sure you carry it with you as you are required to do so.
You: Oh. Thank you very much. I really appreciate that. Ok. I will put it in my car for next time.

50% of the time, this will work and you won't get the ticket.

Seatbelts increase the incidence of injury during low impact collisions.

I don't want to injure myself by wearing a seatbelt while driving under 100 km/hour.

Getting into a 50 km per hour crash - at impact - will result in 20Gs or 3200 pounds of force being put on your body when you wear a seatbelt. Not wearing a seatbelt and allowing your body to move and dissispate some of that impact is very beneficial. Many injuries are experienced at low speeds when the driver is wearing their seatbelt because the belt doesn't allow for the same range of motion as a free, unencumbered body in motion.

At speeds over 100 km, of course a seat belt is beneficial for preventing you from hitting the windshield or being ejected from the car during a roll-over.

Me? 18 years of not wearing my seatbelt. No accidents, no injuries. I have a better driving record than most police officers.

That is an insanely good price. And it is because I gave him my card.

Saves me money every fucking week.
