Review [Semi Legit] My recent experiences at Sunshine Spa at Bayview/Hwy 7

Still enjoying the single life (for one more week) so decided to visit a spa that I used to go to quite a bit in the past but not so much lately. It is yet another "Sunshine" spa, this one is at 324 Hwy 7 so should not be confused with other Sunshine spas (see attached pics for more info, the text description is from their kijiji ad). The spa itself is located on the 2nd floor of the plaza. Inside is a bit small, they have one common shower but none in any of the rooms. I believe they have 3 rooms in total. Try to avoid the middle one because the massage table squeaks like crazy : )

The ladies are typically older asian milfs in their 40's. I suspect mileage will vary quite a bit depending on the lady you see. Recently I saw Linda and Nini (she may go by Nancy). Linda is the manager/owner and I believe she works there everyday except Thur and Sat. Nini only works there on Monday.

Linda - pretty attractive milf, I would say early 40's. Very nice rack and amazing curvy body
Pro's - decent massage, decent english, very nice body for a milf, will get completely naked, nice teasing
Con's - not very high mileage (though maybe that would improve with more visits), no kissing (at least for me)

Nini - I would say late 40's, fairly attractive for an older milf, very nice rack (similar to Linda's), more slender and not as curvy as Linda
Pro's - very friendly, decent english, will get completely naked, very high mileage (ymmv), she's a horny one
Con's - decent but not great massage, limited teasing

In short, this spa is a good place to check out if you're into asian milfs. I've tried other girls here in the past but not sure if they still work here or not. Mileage can be quite high depending on the lady. I normally pay around $110-120 all-in for a 1 hr massage.

Sunshine is a typical off the radar semi legit place. Very discrete entrance at the west end of the building and once you’re upstairs, the spa is the first door on your left.

I concur on what kl funguy has to say about Linda and Nini. Linda has a great body capped with natural 36C tits. She will provide extras but you get the impression it’s for the money and she doesn’t really enjoy the extras. Nini on the other hand, gives the impression that she loves the extras as much as the customer does. I have seen a couple of other ladies there but Linda and Nini are the ones to see there.
