Shirley at Changs!

Wow! Just had another terrific session with Shirley yesterday...excellent massage, using oils, really hot wet towels, knees, elbows, walking on back, hands, etc., etc. Very satisfied (as usual). I've never been to the "RMT" massage places, but damn, this is really good, so I can't imagine why I would have to go to one of those when this option is out there! Plus, she's very accommodating.

How many reviews do you do of the same person before it becomes shilling or as someone observed...advertising?

I have a few favourites that I have reviewed...and continue to see...but do not consistently write up and post the same review over and over. To me it would seem like shilling or advertising for those SPs and MPAs...something that gets regularly jumped on here.

I've wondered the same thing as I tend to go back to the same few places on a regular basis. They have been consistently well reviewed, which means that I don't have much to add. So for the most part, I leave it alone but would speak up if someone posted something about the same MPA.

Because tips are something left to the clients discretion..they are not to be asked or pressured for.




Changs is not "that" type of spa where it is expected that MPAs will make money on extras; That said, I'm sure Shirley's has a different remuneration structure so that its fair to the other girls. Otherwise how else is Shirley going to retain masseuses? Juliette was just being greedy.

Shirley is great - I think the quesion on Shilling is legit if you have not gone to see her. Her massage is spectacular!

You're not living in the real world. They are standardized into their rate structure like SRM... Allure or HFH or "optional" and verbally asked for in the rest. Whether one tips on top of the standardized rate structure (N/NR/BS) is a whole other topic.

I'll repeat once again that in my experiences with Juliette... she has never asked for a tip.

What are you talking about? You are comparing apples and oranges... Chang's is not like SRM, Allure or HFH where the girl has an opportunity to make money with BSes and NRs. Why would the remuneration be the same?

Changs is on Lawrence east of the DVP so there is bus availability. I don't do the TTC thing so can't offer any details.

Come on now, Calloway, nobody's making this up! Many posters in the past have said that Juliette hustles for tips. She has done the same to me on more than one occaision, and even though Rudy gave her a 25% tip, she asked for more. Do you always tip more than 25%???

This seems like a standard routine for her. Just because she's never asked you for more doesn't mean that you can discredit the comments from others. We're only sharing our experiences, which is the purpose of this board in the first place.

I've always enjoyed my visits to Changs, but given that Shirley built her business as a no b--ls--t MP, I fail to see how this will help her cause. Before Juliette was there, Ann and Amy never took this appraoch with their clients, so hustling a guy who already gave a generous 25% tip is not called for.

When I go to Changs I always insist on Shirley as I find the uncomfortable anticipation of the "more" request takes the edge off the experience. I have no idea at all how the compensation structure works at an MP so I have no solution to offer. I simply avoid the situation by only patronizing Shirley.
