should i be mad at him for calling a night chat line?

so i have had a weird feeling my man is talking to other girls, and he wont even let me hold his phone. so when he was sleepin i looked through his calls and he has been calling a night chat line. he has no random contacts only me and some others. so what should i do. keep checking and dont let him know i know. not worry about it? IDK
well he is a macho guy. he would be pissed if he found out i went through his phone. and i his phone doesn't show how long the call lasted. he called twice two nights ago and then once on tuesday. we have a family, a son, and he has had drunk nights where somethings have happened but we fight occasionally about money. i dont want him to feel like we are falling apart.

If i was you i would be upset if he was calling a night chat line.
It would make me feel as if i wasnt good enough, i think you
need to talk to him about it.

I would be mad. And I would would be mad because I felt threatened. I don't mind my man looking, but to make actual contact ... contact that could lead to either emotional of physical involvement ... that's over my comfort line.
So I would talk to him about how I feel when he does this.
And I would talk to him about how I feel unsafe in a relationship when my partner hides things from me.
And how important trust is between two people, or the safety isn't there. And without safety, there's no psychological intimacy. And without the psychological intimacy, the physical intimacy starts to shut down. Good relationships require self-restraint, openness and honesty. And I would need to know if he wanted a good relationship or not.

In the end, there is no "should" or "should not". It all boils down to your needs. And to his needs. Needs are reality and do not follow "shoulds" or "should nots". There are only 3 choices:
1. You work this out between the two of you
2. One you give the other their wishes, and accepts it
3. You two break up
