regarding showers before or after massage, is time in the shower considered part of your allotted time? Thanks

Agree, but I always shower before anyway.
The only time I shower at the facility, is after the Massage. (Unless the provider asks me to shower before. Happy to re-up if it helps them feel better)
I have never had a provider stop short in anticipation of “shower time”. It’s always offered after my full hour massage………so far.
But now that I have said that, I’ll probably run into that issue. Thanks allot!! Geeeez.

Depends on where you go. I usually shower at home right before going, but occasionally, I do shower at the facility. So far, no one at XP counts the shower time in the alloted massage time. My hour starts when the gal puts her hands on me, and I've never been shorted time there. Sometimes I'm done before we reach the hour, and I have to insist on cutting it even a few minutes short. Same for a post-session shower, or hot towel - always after the full hour is up.

Depends on the facility, if the shower is inside the room and they need the room for the next customer, your shower time is part of your hour. For facilities like XP where the shower is down the hall, it really doesn't matter since you can be showering when the next customer is inside the massage room. I do feel bad when I shower, and the lady has started with another customer, then she has to rush out to collect money from me.

A real simple 'No'. If a shop is booking appointments back to back (in a room) with no gap in between, I choose to take my business elsewhere. Clients need to emphasize what is important to them.

Also let them know that texting and one handed massages will result in no repeats and no tips. And stick with the plan.

I do feel bad when I shower, and the lady has started with another customer, then she has to rush out to collect money from me.

This has only happened to me at XP only once. Usually if I shower there's no rush and I leave my clothing in the room while I shower and return to get dressed. But then I usually go at non-busy days/times when very few of the rooms are in use. I can see if it's "rush hour" and all rooms are busy with guys waiting where they might ask you to take your clothes to the shower room and dress there.

They do now have some in-room showers but I've never seen/used them. Lois always takes me back to the farthest room ("Her" room?) where there is no shower.
