Ok so Singapore is the "Switzerland of southeast asia", Vietnam is "the France of southeast asia" but what about the Philippines?

Just want you to know France is like Manila. Their roads are the same. Too many beggars, too many pick pocket operators in Paris, vandalism everywhere, dirty, too many cigarette's butts, traffic jam and if in the Philippines the Filipino muslims sells pirated DVDs and other stuff its the same in France the Pakistani and Indians are selling souvenir items ever corner in Eiffel Tower which is illegal.
