What I have come to expect and appreciate:

I feel like an idiot. Although new to this forum, I have had my fair share of visits to mps, and in various cities. The one thing that ticks me off is I never knew they accompanied you to the shower. I only took the shower once ever, and it was cold. I believe it was in Ottawa. Never again. Now, I shower RIGHT before i leave the house and when asked, I decline, saying, and hopefully smelling like I just showered. I never knew they might come in too and offer some " Rim, bls, bbbj, alternating back and forth".

I know it says "standard", but is it truly? Is that the norm? Next time I go in, should I expect and be asking them to follow me? Is that acceptable? I'm not a shy guy at all, but once I put myself into this position over and over again, I turn into a little boy who doesnt know how to ask for anything and instead accepts strictly what is offered.

Advice?
And where in the city is the best place to go for some fantastic sopam?
I feel lost again after knowing ive possibly missed out on so much
