you can't expense a civil suit, meaning it must be reported to the cra as an after tax burden. Secondly our calculations put the total well over 3 times the initial 5k that started this process in settlement and legal fees. And you know what they say about lending money to a ho.

I will post a consise post but the reality of todays world is that businesses have a duty to ensure privacy. Spa owners will find themselves in a bad position if they infringe on privacy rights. Which means that the onus is on the owner to prove that they took all precautions to protect privacy. A case where home depot were able to not only mitigate damages but got off was where they identified and documented the breach and took step to rectify the problem.
SRM stated that they never had any problem, I was the first and all the employees were trained.
We gave the court the annalisse photos and thread. thanks paid whatever, hot nothing and gas station bella

SRM lawyer said that it was prejudicial and was going to try to get it suppressed. And I'm sure all the girls say when they fart, butterflies come out of their ass.

Original post says matter was in superior court, yet the docs posted are small claims court.

The plaintiffs claim posted has not been stamped by the court. Unless there is a stamped copy they don’t mean anything. Anyone can complete the blank forms online and print them. When submitting the claim the court would require the plaintiff to provide them with 3 copies of the claim. One plaintiffs copy, defendants copy and the court copy. All 3 would be stamped.

If a claim was settled there should be a form 14D and minutes of settlement filed with the court.
