Sugar Daddy, Seeking Arrangements, Shooting Someone is only Robbery for Women

This 15 year old asshole female posed as a 19 year old sugar baby under the name asianperssuasion, on the website Seeking Arrangements. Very pertinent to our lifestyles as hobbyists. She sets up a date to meet her new Sugar Daddy at his place. When she arrives, he gives her $260, but she demands more money, then shoots him, runs away and leaves him there to bleed to death because he refused to give her more.

What is she charged with?

Robbery.

I am not fucking kidding. Women are so coddled, so protected by the Mangina class in society today. A female can shoot a man with a gun and she is only charged with robbery and not murder. First degree Robery means that during a crime where property was forcefully taken, the criminal seriously injured or threatened to use a weapon during the crime. The girl shoots the man with a gun and she is only charged with 'causing injury or threatening to use a weapon'. She did use a fucking a weapon - a gun - and she did fire the gun at the man, not just threaten to use the gun to shoot the man.

I don't want to ever hear the fucking assholes on this board - such as Lost Innocence or Playful - or any other guy tell me that women are mistreated in society or that women have it hard and are disadvantaged. God, I fucking hate Manginas. They are the worst type of men. A mangina is the type of guy that would unfairly hurt another man in order to raise up an undeserving woman, so that the Mangina would win praise and affection from that woman. A Mangina has no respect for other men and only cares about his relationship with the woman he is pursuing. Manginas are the cause of all the world's problems - well, them and the Jewish people.

The robbery charge was from a separate incident. I don't think charges have been filed in this particular case yet but I expect it will be robbery plus aggravated assault or attempted murder. Plus she's a juvenile but at least the US has the option of trying them in adult court. Unlike in Canada where a young offender is coddled.

I think she was charged with robbery in the shooting incident with the sugar daddy because the other incidents include robberies but the article only mentions 1 robbery charge.

It should be attempted murder. Shooting somone with a gun can often be fatal even if you shoot them in the stomach etc. People will bleed to death if they don't get help.

In fact she is just being charged with assault and robbery, not murder even though she shot a man with a gun.

Raelyn Domingo, 15, faces first-degree assault and robbery charges after investigators say she arrived at Thomas Licata's suburban home last week, got high with her host and then fired a single bullet into his belly. "From what we know, she shot him unprovoked," said Deputy Jeff Talbot, a Washington County Sheriff's Office spokesman.
Both charges are Measure 11 crimes.
