Of course I know that it was not an oil based lubricant it was the kind they use on condoms just a thicker one I'm not stupid I thought I did everything right.

not sure if you know (probably do, but for those who don't) oil based lubes can damage condoms so just be sure you're using water based lubes when in conjunction with condoms.

At the risk of sounding like a "nit-picker" (as opposed to nit-wit, which I readily acknowledge!) I THINK you're right, though I'm not comfortable "guaranteeing" it. Since HIV HAS been isolated in saliva, it seems theoretically possible that, given an open sore (or even through the urethral lining) transmission COULD occur. Since I occaisionally choose to partake "bareback", I find solace that there doesn't seem to be any documented case of contracting HIV through blow jobs.

I'd call this an anal-retentive focus on details, but anal ANYTHING on this board is likely to instigate a cascade of off-topic posts. ;-)

It was a Trojan although made in Thailand and I did use lubricant extra before insertion with N-9 in it just in case. I came a half minute after it broke and did a good long piss afterwards and washed. I got checked and took an antibiotic for 14 days just in case and nothing is there by now. Next time I'm going to double wrap my beuddy just in case.

FWIW, as often, I think a "middle of the road" approach is the most probable. It's certainly something to raise concern, but I believe the danger is not as dire as TJTimes suggests. My medical training and research leads me to the following opnions (only that):

1) Get checked. Why WOULDN'T you? Besides the fact that it will likely provide some piece of mind, if it doesn't, you want to begin treatment ASAP.
2) Of course, don't "COUNT" on a health card (but it does provide a modicum of re-assurance!), but that process, however flawed, is better than not having one.
3) The likelihood of receiving HIV from the encounter you related is very remote. (Yes, I know it's possible, just unlikely.) The POSSIBILIY of contracting something else really bad, like Hep C is much higher than HIV; but still quite low. From there, the possibilities of getting diseases with less dire consequences (gonorrhea, crabs, etc.) are higher, but not much.
4) Having said all that, with the stakes so high, the low likelihood of transmissions in those circumstances had better not make us relax our precautions. Or else.
5) We assume from the story no open sores in or around your genitalia. This is good, as their presence would dramatically increase the chances of getting SOMETHING.
6) Washing immediately is good. Ejaculation after exposure helps, but a good LONG piss would dramatically decrease the odds of transmission even more. It may be a little "over the edge", but I always make sure I've drunk enough of something to make sure that I have to piss a lot after we get done, REGARDLESS of condom integrity.
7) Most of the girls in Adelitas or Chicago (and, although somewhat less, in the other "houses) are really pretty clean. Those few who can be talked or coerced into unprotected encounters (of almost any kind) would be quite a bit more suspect.
8) Female to male transmission, thought definitely well documented, is MUCH more difficult than male to female transmission, when it comes to HIV.
9) The longer the unprotected contact, the higher the risk. If one breaks, stop, wash, pee, put on another one and finish the job! Don't just assumethe damage is done and continue.
10) If you wanted to (only slightly) increase your protection, a barrier lube underneath the condom MIGHT help a little (and many of us think lube underneath increases the sensation and feeling!)

I'm sure someone with an attitude and excessive hostility will flame me about something in this; but I DO believe it all to be factually based and hope it may help.

you will also need to get checked 6 months later after the condom incident because HIV/AIDS shows up after 6 months due to the initial increase and eventually decrease of white blood cells. However, you're most likely fine.

Well it did happen to me it happened just before I came so finished up and shot my wad and after I washed and pissed, while the whore yelled at me. Then I went and bought some antibiotics at a pharmacy after getting a prescription from a local storefront doctor and took them just in case. I did get tested for HIV and was clean a few months later. Don't be paranoid the odds of catching AIDS from a girl that looks clean is pretty slim and in the major Bars I think fairly low.

I agree completely with the check up. You can go to the county over off of Rosecrans for a few bucks and a confidential test! Only problem is a who bunch of STDs do are not testable in us Guys. May not know anything till the sig other screams about a yeast infection.
