Question Tipping at Semi Legit for 90 min session

So, given most of the info here on tipping for HE or BS at a semi legit is based on 30 or 60 min, I wonder if there is an expectation for more of a tip for these services at a 90 min session?
Any suggestions on what is customary for a HE, BS or NR after a 90 min session?

My math is simple - $10/half hour plus $40 HE plus $10 top off plus $10 bottom down. If I do 90 minutes I round to $100 if all of the above are available and seldom do 90 minutes the first time I see a girl so likely know ahead of time what to expect.
