tips needed

hi all!
can any one offer me some advice i have just been offered an interview for a spa in mayfair.........i'm really nervous i only passed my exams in may and only had one interview but that was for an assistant i no i have to give my interviewer a massage, but do i take my own oils and towels or will i use theirs?
i would apprieciate any advice or past experiences that any one can give me

Hi,

Congratulations on the interview!

My advice is to be prepared. Better to take your towels and oil in and not need them than need them and not have them. It's more than likely that they will provide everything, as I'm assuming this is a professional spa and you will take on the role of therapist and they will take on the role of client. As such, you should have access to everything they will normally provide to an employee.

thanks for that my heads spinning lol i cant believe they want me for an interview.... thats sound advice i will def. take my towles and things even if they are not needed.

The most important thing is to relax and be yourself. I'm sure you will breeze through the whole massage and your interviewer will be really impressed!

My advice would include the advice given buy the others but also the basics:
[ul][*]Be smart[*]Be clean[*]Be punctual - about 5 minutes early[*]Be confident[*]Finally Relax [/ul]
I remember auditioning for drama training at the Young Vic theatre. I was successful and I believe this was because I was relaxed, confident and responded calmly and confidently to everything the auditioners asked of me.

i thought i would give you all an update!
i had the interview today at 3.30pm, i didnt expect to get at all, as its a very posh upmarket spa in central london, but guess what i got it!!!!!!
i just want to say thank u to u all for giving me good advice because it really helped me a lot.
