Nothing change to much from that time up to now, but you can try them and if you go there please let us know about your experience.

Oddly, I tried searching "Top Care" with no results before posting this thread. Followed your suggestion and searched "Top Care Spa" and got lots of results, thanks.
Unfortunately no seemed to enthusiastic, so maybe I will pass

Finally got around to visiting Top Care. It is in a house (maybe originally a fourplex) and they have the upper floor. When you walk in the place is dimly lit.
Was greeted by an Asian lay named Ceecee (i think that is right as her pronunciation was hard to understand). Maybe in 30's, glasses, okay to look at but would not describe as sexy, plainly dressed. Asked for the 1 hour and was led to a big room that had been divided in to two massage areas by curtains and shelves, was a little uncertain at first as I really did not want to be sharing a room with another guy getting a massage (curtain or not) got undressed and laid stomach down on the table undraped, CC came in and proceeded to massage. massage was good, decent pressure and technique, a fair bit of attention paid to back (with frequent rubbing of ass cheeks). Was starting to wonder if all she did was back massage when she started in on legs. eventually got up to grin and would brush LG and worked groin decently. On the flip in motioned towards LG and she quoted $40.00.

What a bargain this was for $40.00, great HE and the whole time her face was 12" from LG's head as she watched intently (unlike a Cherry or Kelly who appear to be looking off to space or at ceiling the whole time). Would definitely repeat.

Place is nothing special, but appears clean. On way out I met Sammy, a cute Asian.

Nice to see some info on someone other than Sunny

By the way I have seen Sammi a few times, she is nice and gives a great massage however there is no chance of extras from her

Good to know about Sammi as I was going to book her next time. CC was very careful to have me pay for HE in private

Yeah, it would not be considered a 5 Star operation. CC wore glasses but I don't think she is an "old lady" but who knows
