Undercover cop offered sex and massage, arrests Houston woman - Houston Chronicle

A 39-year-old woman was snared in a sting operation at a massage parlor in north Harris County.
Yura Shin Kim is charged with prostitution and conducting a business without a sexually oriented business permit, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.
Deputies said an undercover officer went into Ace Relaxation in the 16000 block of Kuykendahl and was offered massage and sexual services for a fee.
The business was not licensed for massage and the employees were not licensed through the Texas Department of State Health Services to give massages, deputies said. The business, deputies added, did not have the proper permits under the Harris County Sexually Oriented Business Ordinance.
