Warning Scam for Reflexologists

Have received 2 emails today from a therapist in America who has a client, a model, coming to my area and wants reflexology for 5 weeks.

Beware this is a scam and has been sent to many Reflexologists.

Have also have had an email from AOR warning about this as the sender asks for bank and personal details when in reply to the scam.

I had already smelt a rat and deleted them, luckily.

I also received an email - I'm in Warwickshire, so it looks like they are being sent to quite a few people. I replied and asked where exactly will she be staying - haven't received a reply!

Tell me, why would a stranger in the USA email for a treatment to a unknown UK therapist?

Of course it's a con!

RP, they say that they are coming over for a long trip and need someone to cater for their needs whilst over here.

It's an old scam and it's been doing the rounds for years, looks like it back for another round.

Me too, as soon as they come in.

Read first line and then delete.

Sometimes we get a new receptionist who gets all excited when one of these come thru (same with the card/calander advertising companies).

They are quite surprised when I just delete it.

I recieved the same email a few days ago! I read it and binned it.
I heard it was an old scam too!
