I know one thing, if I was you, HE would never BED ME again!!! You could file for a divorce with her as corespondent. You kill two birds with one stone! There are only a few number of states that allow such lawsuits. The cause of action would be called "Alienation of Affection". And even then, it's not common.

Depending upon how much you can prove, you can probably file a complaint with the licensing board and potentially get her license revoked. But that doesn't really do anything for you, other than feeding your spite.

Contact the licensing board that gave her her license.
Legal action won't do you any good. This is a moral issue conserning your husband. Morality and the law are two different issues.
It takes two to tango. I'm sure the massage therapist didn't hold a gun to your husband's head. So, as far as your marriage is concerned, your husband is the one who is to blame.
