I have never been to a MP, but the curiosity is getting to me.
When you get to massage the attendant, do they allow you caress their frontside (ie breasts, stomach, front legs) or is it just their backside?
I've been reading a lot of the reviews and what I am getting out of it is that you guys are dishing out sometimes up to $150/half hour just to rub a girl's backside. For less than that you can find model like escorts who provide FS for the same half hour. Am I just not getting the picture or what?

Yes, you are not getting the picture. I have no idea how you came to the conclusion that we only get to massage their back-side ... all the review's I've read have been quite upfront about what kind of touching is allowed. So yes, you can massage her front too, but only with a NR option or higher.

Erection, in the sexual sense, is the hardening, enlarging and rising of the penis which often occurs in the sexually aroused male. Erection enables sexual intercourse and some other sexual activities, though it is not essential for all of them.

In addition to sexual arousal, erection can be caused by friction or by the pressure of the filled urinary bladder. In healthy males, erections occur several times per night during sleep, and morning erections when waking up are common. These are called an "unprovoked erection". It is normal for them to occur 2 to 3 times a week. This is a good sign the erection pathways are functioning well.

Physiologically, an erection is achieved by two mechanisms that play together: increased inflow of blood into the vessels of erectile tissue, and decreased outflow. The vessel system involved is known as the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum. After a signal from the sympathetic nervous system, muscles in the region relax, allowing more blood to enter the sponge-like tissues. Contraction of other muscles reduce the outflow. The enlarged structure then exerts pressures on the exit vein, further reducing the outflow.

As blood flows in, the penis stiffens, its girth and length increases, and it rises to an angle that can vary from horizontal to almost vertical. Normally, the foreskin retracts and exposes the glans.

When the erection mechanism fails to function properly, the result is impotence. Impotence in humans is treated with prosthetic devices, and with prescription drugs. Some prescription drugs are injected directly into the corpus cavernosum or used as urethral suppositories, directly causing erection even in the absence of sexual excitation, while others, such as Viagra, are taken orally and support erection that is due to sexual excitation.

Both an erection and the absence of an erection can be embarrassing, depending on circumstances.

Ah me! Another guy who thinks that when a naked man and a naked woman have exchanged money alone in a room together there's some sort of Law of the Universe that dictates eveything and anything that happens.

Flash: They make it up as they go along. That's why there are Statutes, Laws, Bylaws, House Rules and individual SOP's (his and hers) to 'help' them stay out of trouble while having their half-hour together. If they're agreeable people, polite, considerate, and there are attractions—of whatever kind—between them, just about anything can happen. Somewhere. Sometime. Absolutely NOT to say that 'everything' will ever happen to you—or me—ever, anywhere.

So why would you imagine all any guy ever gets to do is rub her backside? And how bad can that be, anyway? Think of it this way: you bought a NR, and backside's all you got so a) either she was off (unusual since she's a pro, and customers may come easy, but they aren't all that plentiful) or b) you're off. If all you consistently get is the minimum, better look at putting out more than the minimum.
