What is a good way to suggest more video chats without seeming annoying?

I love video chats because it's the next best thing to being with them in person. They are so far, I get sick of only talking on AIM where all I get are emotionless words on a screen. I like not only hearing their voice, but being able to see them as they're talking to me, so that I can respond to them, and understand how they say something, rather than guessing at it on AIM...

Somehow we just always end up doing a video chat only every two weeks, and I just don't want to get annoying or seem clingy by asking for more... or being the one who suggests it every single time. But I just really want to see him more than just once every two weeks. It's been five months since we were in person, and it's going to be another five months before we're together again. Do you have any good suggestions? How I can ask without seeming needy?
