They are two side of the same coin. One you go to them and the other comes to you. Both are skirting the line between legal and illegal and is not a career you want to get into if at all possible.
I don't know about everywhere but where I am it is not illegal to pay someone to bath/massage you nor is it illegal to pay someone to be your escort to a party or function. It's the extras after ward that are illegal.
