After being burned by a few meh semi legits,

Do I pay cash up front? or after the service is done?

If you've only been to semi-legits, may I recommend Flirt as an in-between step? The price on the website is exactly what you pay at the front. Bring an extra $20 or $40 as an actual tip, though.
At Flirt the standard session (meaning no negotiation required) is some massage, girl gets naked, probably a body slide, then things get sensual. Ask what's ok before you do it, but most girls at Flirt kiss, and touching breasts, butt, outside of her pussy is usually fine. Some but not all are ok with fingers inside (digits) and/or DATY. Definitely ask. The session ends with HJ or a tit job (Russian). Sometimes BJ or FS may be available, but Flirt management discourages it. HJ is the standard.

For the Premier chain of locations Sensa is my go to to due to distance from home. I've seen 5 different girls there this year - one a few times when I started and still the best experience I've had so far doing this 'hobby' which is new to me to some degree. Book an appointment preferably. When you arrive you pay the minimum $210 at the front and either wait a bit or get led to the room.
