What's thebest way to chat to and ask a girl out?

I meet girls all the time but I don't know how to speak to them and ask them out. I recently met a girl and tried to speak to her but nothing came of it. I asked in a round about way why she didnt like me but she said there was nothing wrong with me that I was perfect. If that was the case why did she not want to go out with me? This seems to happen to me a lot. I am starting to think there is something really wrong with me.

How do you speak to girls and ask them out. What should I be doing?

it would have helped if you told your age but still what you can do is you can start talking with her bout non serious issues, the place where you are with her also depends,engage her but do not over do it just get a bit formal and ask her for coffee/lunch.. Dont give too much hint that you are doin all this specifically to be with her, act casual at first then see your chance else leave it,

Maybe she's not ready for a relationship. And if you like a girl grow a backbone and ask her out!
