when is the best time to introduce my 18 month child to new girlfriend?

Our son and his g/f broke up. They have been together almost 4 years. They have a 18 month old child and he is already seeing someone, who had a 14 month old child. I personally think he should not be introducing his child to this girl but he had gone against my better judgement. I don't and hope they didn't hold hands in front of her. Am I a worried grand parent or what ? I just think it's to soon personally. And what sort of affects could this have on her. I know when I divorced when my oldest 3 I didn't date for almost a year and my youngest son who was almost 2 and he and his father split up (never married) I didn't date for almost one year. And the time I did date I never introduced my sons until I knew it was going to be a long healthy relationship. Please help

When its a long term thing. I'd say after 6 months of dating or so. You dont want a revolving door.
