My daughter has been on 6 week total dairy free diet. She tested with milk allergy. Now I am supposed to introduce one kind of milk products each week and see if she can have it. The problem is that I am not sure what to give her first. I know that milk and cream need to be last. But how about bread and crackers with cooked milk, hard cheese, soft cheese, yoghurt, milk, curd or cottage cheese, ...in what order should i re-introduce these? Does anyone have any kind of chart that would organize milk products according to severity of possible milk allergy reaction?
