Why young attendants are hard to find in Massage business?

I was sitting and thinking, why is that majority of attendants are over 30 and you rarely see anyone in early 20s.

Pros of this job:

1. Pay is awesome (specially if you are young)
2. Flexible hours
3. Meet new people daily
4. Ability to work close to home (many many options)


Cons for this job:

1. Lots of talking required
2. Touching of people's privates
3. Lack of benefits
4. Relative instability


I would think with all the upside, there would be lineups of young ladies (somewhat outgoing) interested in this job, but doesn't seem to be the case.
They are mostly in Strip clubs or Escort services for some reason.

What am I missing here?
