Xiaoping closing??

For the first time since- forever, Xiaoping doesn't have an ad on Kijiji! Ever since I heard they were opening a new place (Ting Ting) that question was on my mind. They open a bigger, fancier place with higher prices; why keep the old, smaller, dated, aging place that make less per massage, open? From what I've seen, there are only a couple new girls at TingTing. The rest are girls that operate in both places. I have even directly asked Linda (who may or may not give a straight answer anyway...) and the answer is 'no'.

Opening TT was smart. In the middle of the pandemic, landords were vulnerable and if you could weather the storm, you could secure locations and save money. Great time to invest in future growth strategies. I think they'll use the TT location as leverage against the XP landlord, and if they don't get what they want, they'll just move to TT. It might have seemed crazy to have two locations so close to each other, but crazy smart in some ways. Parking at TT is a bit better, the studio is much nicer, much comfier. Walls are still paper thin though... ;-)

I was a bit worried but Xiaoping has already build a solid client base and they offer discount for a package deal.. Wendy did mention to me that is why some still goes to XP inspite Tingting being new and all..
