Well even if its busy, it isn’t alright to attend another client during the allotted time frame for one client. My job is also client based job. My workplace doesnt allow me to take up multiple clients in the same time or cut short one client’s appointment to take up another client fast to make more money. Doesn’t matter how busy it is. Its just bad business practice.

Yes, I totally agree. This practice is irritating but not as much as when a MPA is late for a session. I once had to wait for 40 minutes for the MPA to show up (not at Lulu). I suspect she was with another client who took my appointment and the spa allowed it.

A bit off topic however one of the most annoying situations is when someone else shows up late and I am the one that has to wait. Why is that?

If you show up late, your appointment should end at the booked time to ensure no one else is inconvenienced.

However, If the spa/clinic honours the full appointment time, giving the impression it is not a problem, then obviously it is the clinic's fault.

I think it's simply not black and white. The spa owner/girls might actually act according to "who's better customer". You just have to complain to the owner etc.
