extras

Are there really any such things as extras at MP's.....or is it "doesn't hurt to ask so why not?" just wondering what the general consensus was.....or just go with the traditional SP for the full deal.

I've been going to 534 Eglinton for over a year now and must have seen every girl there. I know that extras are seemingly not available, but my question is what keeps the girls in line? All are good looking and would at least get the going rates for topless or nude, but none will do any more...
