I’ve been in predominantly GICs all year. Missed out on many big gains but nonetheless made a boring steady return that I’ll be taxed up the ying yang on.
The S&P gains have all been due to the big 7-8 giants. The rest of the stocks have been flat.
In the next while the big funds will be looking for non performing stocks to shift into bring down the indexes temporarily.
Just my opinion.
