I can't comment on hygiene habits of other customers but if you are on the safer side like me you can ask for the sheet to be changed right there at the start of session and if it's important for you, you can ask a girl to take a shower. Personally I don't know how strictly any of the spas follow a protocol of girls showering after every session, considering how busy places get, I never assume an attendant is freshly showered on my session.

I don't think there's anything wrong with having 30's or 40's attendents with an occasional younger attendent mixed in. Not everyone is obsessed with 20 year olds with genz attitudes but if younger girls are the focus, I think holistic places may cater to that need better.
